Change strings to identify developer builds, betas vs GA builds.

    Description

      The new developer build (JAN 2017) https://blog.couchbase.com/2017/january/introducing-developer-builds   identifies itself as Couchbase 5.0 Enterprise Edition.   This is really going to confuse people and will cause people to mistakenly install Developer Builds into production.
