cbbackupmgr is changing replica counts on bucket restore

    Description

      cbbackupmgr is changing bucket configuration on restore.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a backup from bucket having 1 replica
      2. Restore to bucket configured with > 1 replicas (say 2)
      3. Upon restore completion review bucket configuration - the # replicas will be reset to 1

       

      cbbackupmgr shouldn't be re-configuring the bucket configuration to a different replica number.
