    Description

      Scenario:

      • 3 nodes
      • 1 bucket
      • 100M items (~2KB)
      • 1 design doc with 1 view
      • 10K mixed ops/sec, 400 queries/sec
      • Either addition of a new node or swap rebalance

Several experiments indicate critical regression after the following change in build 5.1.0-1427:

         MB-25339: Upgrade to snappy 1.1.6

Updates manifest to download snappy 1.1.6 and corresponding build of
python-snappy on all Unix platforms. Building python-snappy on Windows
is virtually impossible as we are still on Python 2.7, and the MSVC
support for that version of Python is nearly a decade out of date and
only functions on MSVC 2008 which is EOL.
