    Description

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Install 5.1.0-1552 on 4 node and create a cluster
      2. using Java SDK(or .NET, Go, libcouchbase) keep KV, View operations
      3. remove 2 nodes and rebalance

      Expected: no error

      Actual : rebalance hangs around 74%

       

      Last passed build : 1528

       

      Test was stopped in 14 minutes to reduce log size.
