Description
Change the bucket-related REST APIs and bucket configuration logic to add support for a new dynamically modifiable compression type. New piece of bucket configuration should look like:
compression_mode=<mode>
where mode is one of: off, passive or active.
Should only show in the REST APIs and be modifiable in Vulcan. Default is "off". Is EE-only.
Companion change in KV Engine is: http://review.couchbase.org/#/c/87621/.
