    Description

      When Vulcan is released, 3.x will have reached "end-of-support" and as such we will not be supporting or testing:

      1. direct upgrade from 3.x to Vulcan

      This means that all code pertaining to upgrade from 3.X to 4 should be removed. The minimum version for upgrade to vulcan is 4.0.
