Need indication of progress for shadow buckets

    Description

      When creating one or more shadow buckets, it's hard to know when that completion is complete.  Additionally when running under steady state, it's hard to know how far behind a particular shadow might be.

       

      This should also reflect the outstanding items when a shadow is disconnected
