    Description

      With the fix for MB-28417, the UI shouldn't treat cluster_admin role as special and pre-select roles, that it thinks cluster_admin has, as now cluster_admin permissions have been downgraded.  The UI should allow selection of multiple roles even when cluster_admin is selected.
