XDCR data compression setting should be defaulted to be AUTO

Per MB-28759, XDCR should follow suit as other components have been starting to default compression to be ON.

Internally, XDCR will need to be changed so that the internal settings are to be defaulted to be AUTO (newly added as part of MB-7437). This will remain as part of MB-28759.

Likewise, the UI portion should also do the same. The drop down menu should show Auto instead of None as the default setting, and should also send Auto to the REST API as part of the replication creation. This MB is to track the UI work.
