Indexes page in UI should support building multiple indexes.

Often indexes are created in a deferred state, so that you can efficiently build them all at once. (This is true whenever you restore buckets using cbbackupmgr.) It would be really nice to be able to select multiple indexes on the index page, and click "build" for all of them at once.
