Scope for further improvement in timer throughput

    Description

      Build 6.0.0-1460

      Observed that timer throughput with bucket op is ~23K and eventing node CPU is utilised only 40% with 24 workers on 24 core machine.
      Although we are meeting KPI(14K) there is scope to improve timer execution throughput by using available CPU power.
