Problem
Debugging timeouts are always trick as the problems can be anyway between the client (cbbackupmgr/cbexport/cbrestore)and the Server. Current the information provide in the backup tool logs is very limited:

Suggest
The SDK logging should provide more information in this case and we which enable it.
Ideally the logs would say what operations on which connection failed.
