Improve restore timeout error reporting

      Problem
      Currently whenever there is a timeout restore will log only the following error message:

       Timeout occurred (180 sec) on operation

      Regardless of the actual time elapsed.

       

      Expectation

      When a timeout occurs the actual time elapsed should be reported together with some identification of what operation failed.
