    Description

      Add support for configuring ldap group from couchbase-cli.

      This is blocked on MB-16035

      This changes require renaming the current command settings-ldap to settings-sasl

      The creation/deletion/addition of group and users should be delegated to user-manage

      Then create a new settings-ldap command that allows:

      • enabling /disabling ldap
      • Set ldap settings (See Design Doc)
      • List ldap settings
