Ability to add services after setup

When setting up a Couchbase Server node, you must choose which of the MDS services to include. Eventing, FTS, Analytics, and so on. Once you make these selections, they are set in stone. You cannot add the FTS service to an existing node without reinstalling Couchbase.

An improvement would be the ability to add services on the fly. Through the UI, of course, but also the REST API and CLI.

(I've marked this as Major priority only because I don't know of an "easy" workaround).
