XDCR preset filters for deletes, expirations, and TTL

    Description

      These new filters can:

      1. block the replication of app-level DELETEs
      2. block the replication of TTL expirations
      3. strip the TTL metadata from replicated documents
      • [ ]"Remove TTL from replicated items"    "destination items will have no TTL" (default unchecked)
      • [ ]"Do not replicate Expirations"   "source expirations will not be replicated" (default unchecked)
      • [ ]"Do not replicate Delete operations"   "application-level deletes will not be replicated" (default unchecked)
