CLI for XDCR "active-data" replication

    Description

      Please note : the feature name "active-data" replication is just a placeholder.
      This feature allows users to replicate only data with no TTL and /or the data which is not deleted.

      We basically need a CLI to do the following:

      Active-data replication ( feature title -placeholder)

      Replicate documents without TTL
      Replicate documents which are not deleted

      The user can either use one or both of these options.

      *Warning - if this feature is enabled, do not set up bidirectional replication.
