    Description

      there are two scenarios :

      test case #1 :bucket 'default' and 'Default' on port 11211
      ( test id : management.bucketops.singlenode.create.createtests.CreateMembaseBucketsTests.test_default_case_sensitive_on_11211)
      1- create a bucket named 'default'
      2- create another bucket named 'Default'

      test case #2 :bucket 'default' and 'Default' on two different dedicated ports
      ( test id : management.bucketops.singlenode.create.createtests.CreateMembaseBucketsTests.test_default_case_sensitive_different_port)
      1- create a bucket named 'default' on port 11220
      2- create another bucket named 'Default' on port 11221

      attached log files for each test case.
