cbbackupmgr shouldn't convert the '-a/--archive' argument to an absolute path for AWS

    Description

      For MB-38309, I made it so that the value supplied to the argument '-a/--archive' is automatically converted into an absolute path, this conversion shouldn't take place when interacting with archives in S3 because the argument supplied to '-a/--archive' is not a path on the local machine (it's a path in AWS).
