Ability to specify cbq shell history file at command line

    Description

      It allows with in the shell but it will nice to specify command line so that it can be alias whole command and use alias to launch cbq shell

      example:
      alias scb='cbq -e=127.0.0.1:8093 -u=Administrator -p=password -histfile=/tmp/cbq_history'
