[UI][documents]search for doc by doc id which does not exists will lead to infinite looping on search docs

Version : 7.0.0-3706
Steps to reproduce :
1. Login to server UI
2. Go to Documents UI page.
3. Created some docs by Sync gateway first and couple of docs on server UI
4. GO to documents page and make sure default scope and collection is selected.
5. Change the limit to 100
6.Retrieve docs without search criteria which should display all docs created on the bucket

*Result : *
1. Does not display any docs. "next batch" link is enable , but does not show anything
Shows
It displays message 31 results from Query, but results are not displayed
Works fine if you change the limit to 10

expected :
It should display all the docs created in the bucket.

When you search by doc id, it displays the doc
