    Description

      Most of the KV-Engine CV *San jobs were upgraded to clang-9 in the Cheshire-Cat timeframe, except for kv-engine post-commit (ASan) which is still using GCC due to issues with CGO.

      This task is to finish off the migration to clang-9 for CC.Next.
