Panic: HTTP error 500 Internal Server Error getting after kill erlang and start couchbase server

    Description

      Install Couchbase server 7.0.0-4454 on 6 centos servers.

      Create 2 groups server to test rackzone awareness

      {'Group 1': ['172.23.121.224', '172.23.121.225', '172.23.121.226'], 'Group 2': ['172.23.121.227', '172.23.121.239', '172.23.105.167']}

      Kill erlang in group 2 and failover all server in group 2.

      Then start couchbase server on servers of group 2.

      Check cluster in UI, cluster becomes unstable.

      Check logs page, see panic errors.

      Also, there are a lot of errors like

      Haven't heard from a higher priority node or a master, so I'm taking over.
