Description

Related to ~~MB-44807~~ where we added the ability to encode both get_scope_id and get_collection_id in the body, originally they were encoded in the key.
To ensure stability for the CC release we are keeping both interfaces, however post CC once all the SDKs have been updated we want to remove the ability to encode in the key as it is possible that the max scope name + collection name can exceed the limit of the protocol key field.
