PiTR: Stream all snapshots

    Description

      Problem
      Current for the PoC one snapshot is stream at a time and cbbackupmgr has to ask for the next snapshot in the series. This creates a requests/response which will be slow. This was a traded off done for the PoC.

      Suggestion
      All the snapshots are stream back to back, so the client does not have to keep requests each snapshot.
