[PiTR] Stream all available PiTR snapshots in one DCP stream

    Description

      What's the issue?
      From what I understand, when we (backup) stream PiTR data via DCP we stream one snapshot per-stream initiating our internal retry logic to stream subsequent snapshots.

      What's the fix?
      We should stream all available snapshots in a single stream and subsequently, in backup we should be able to remove this logic.
