    Description

      This is an extension of the Smart Batching Index Builds During Rebalance feature MB-33546 requested by Deepkaran Salooja:
       

      As part of this feature a new setting is required on the UI under "Advanced Index Settings/Indexer Rebalance Settings":

      Setting key for metakv: indexer.settings.rebalance.transfer_batch_size

      Type: integer

      Default value: 3

      Hover help: Maximum concurrent index movements for the cluster during a rebalance operation. 0 = unlimited.
