UI - checkbox for XDCR filtering option filterBinary needed

MB-56739 (approved-for-trinity) has created a new filtering option called filterBinary (boolean), by default false.  Need a checkbox in the XDCR Add Replication > Filter Replication (as well as edit replication) sections for users to be able to select this option, if desired.

Note:  The tool tip text was updated per Neil Huang's comment here.

The tool tip for the option should say:

If the Filter Binary option is selected:

• Binary documents are not replicated

If the Filter Binary option is not selected:

• If a filter expression does not exist, binary documents are replicated.
• If a filter expression exists and contains key or xattr only expression, binary documents are checked against the filter expression.
• If a filter expression exists and contains references to the document body, binary documents are replicated.
