Prevent index node running out of disk space

    Description

      Do not let a index node get to over 85% disk full for the configured disk location that indexes are stored on.  When a node runs out of disk space, all sorts of options disappear for recovery and it can be a lengthy outage while the support team manually tries to recover the situation.
