    Description

      Add capabilities that monitor, alert and prevent hitting resource limits in GSI / secondary indexing. 

      This includes adding several resident ratio guardrails, an indexing rate of ingestion guardrail, max per-node index count guardrail and a minimum diskspace guardrail.
