Description
When certain thresholds are met, guard rails (see MB-57033 and MB-57031) will be in-place to prevent actions like writing to a bucket. XDCR needs to gracefully handle getting a write request failure and have a clear indication to the end-user what the issue is. The SDKs are handling this with specific error codes, see CBD-5517
