    Description

      XDCR does not correctly follow the error map protocol (https://github.com/couchbaselabs/sdk-rfcs/blob/master/rfc/0069-kv-error-map-v2.md) as part of the "XERROR" handshake with memcached.

      This is a pre-requisite for being able to handle the actual new error status codes meant for SDK that KV will return https://docs.google.com/document/d/1CXxsLtj0qO5bvEsHQ7AoqIUdltnMWPmG0ML_wjsms0U/edit
