Add bucket capability for kv subdoc replica reads

    Description

      Apologies if this is the incorrect component. As of 7.5.0-4248 this appears to hold true.

      It would be really useful to SDKs if the bucketCapabilities field in the cluster/bucket config contained an entry for subdoc replica reads. This would allow us to fast fail any operations using the feature against server versions that do not support it.

      In keeping with other features like subdoc.ReviveDocument I would suggest something like subdoc.ReplicaRead.
