    Description

      With MB-56547, data service has started selectively enabling OSO. This fix contains required intelligence in data service to choose between OSO and non-OSO.

      To achieve best possible performance with OSO, there is a need to revert MB-56428/MB-56429.

      Note: This may require detailed perf testing Deepkaran Salooja, Vikas Chaudhary.
