No error shown on UI for invalid value of collection TTL

Steps

1. Create a bucket named test.
2. Create a scope called test and collection named test within it.
3. Now go to scopes and collections page and click on edit TTL link for *test.test.test *collection
4. Modify collection TTL to 100 seconds.
5. Collection TTL gets modified to 100 seconds as expected.
6. No change the TTL to invalid value such as -100 or 100000000000000 seconds.
7. No error is displayed on UI for invalid value of collection TTL.
