Create couchbasedeps repos for esaml and gen_smtp

Please create two couchbasedeps repos:

esaml (fork https://github.com/dropbox/esaml)

gen_smtp (fork https://github.com/gen-smtp/gen_smtp)

Note that we have local changes in those repos so we can't pull code directly from github.

All required changes will be pushed later to those repositories by ns_server team after their creation.
