Need PIVOT support for SQL++ Core compliance

The forthcoming SQL++ Core includes PIVOT and UNPIVOT operations. This MB is for PIVOT, which serves to turn a collection into a tuple, and becomes interesting when coupled with GROUP BY ... GROUP AS, in which case one can PIVOT each group. More details can be found in the newly completed SQL++ paper.
