Need underlying SQL aggregate function synonyms for SQL++ Core compliance

SQL++ core calls the SQL-supporting aggregate functions COLL_MIN, COLL_MAX, and so on (rather than ARRAY_MIN, ARRAY_MAX, etc.). This is because they operate either on arrays or multisets. We need to support those names as well for all of the functions where we have an ARRAY_xxx function that is rewritten into from SQL's xxx function.
