[XDCR] - XDCR unresponsive on source and target clusters

    Description

      XDCR becomes unresponsive post MB-62130. Attaching screenshot of unresponsive state below. The same state can be observed in both source and target clusters, post observing the following panic:

      Test Setup

      Bidirectional replications setup between 3 clusters (7.6.2-3674) in chain topology. ECCV (enableCrossClusterVersioning) set to true and mobile set to active in all replications.

       

      Source Cluster IP: 172.23.105.49
      Target Cluster IP: 172.23.105.4
