    Description

      Scope:

      • Allow datatype support through memcached's HELLO.
      • Add a control message ("force_value_compression") for DCP, for the consumer to set, to indicate that the client will support datatype.
      • If control message is not enabled, we will need to inflate data when necessary on the producer side.
